Barlet Park Summer Workouts

Today me, my friend Tj and my dad worked out and we did pull ups, push ups, jump rope, sit ups and then put up 500 jumpshots and free throw together. Then we played some guys two on two. we lost,but that ok! we where not at the park for that. We push through in the hot, but everything will pay off in the future

Marcy Projects Park workout ( Nike Spark Training)

I just left Marcy Projects from working out with, my dad. Me and my dad use to live there.Now just my grandmother still lives there. Thats the courts I have made my skills at. Every year I go there and workout after JHS 271 workouts are over with my dad. I try to remember where I came from. Just to stay humble! I am trying to go far as I can with basketball! So me, my dad and my friend TJ ran 4 laps around the baseball field, the hit the agility latter with added layups. Suicides with push ups, sit up, pull ups. Then we use the paracute to run 40 yard dashes, working on finishing at the basket. and 200 jumpshots and 50 freethrows.All with Spark training equipment.I am getting ready to go to Vegas to Play in a tournament July 21-27.2010 Now its time to eat.I am tired Peace!

Jr.Elite Weekend at HoopGroup June 2010

Hoop Group Skills Camps runs camps, clinics, and tournaments throughout the year. None of these camps are more prestigious than the Junior Elite Weekend Camps in the Poconos in Stroudsburg PA. Last year's camp in the Poconos featured 110 of the best young talent throughout the Northeast. This year's lineup appears to be even better than last year with players coming from 7 different states at this time. New York will be well represented as always as players from throughout the city will make the venture to PA to compete in this years event. Shout out to Billy Clark from Brooklyn, a 7th grade do it all guard that will be making the trip to Jr. Elite this summer

Workouts at JHS 271

Worked out hard in the gym today me and my little god brother Brian and my dad trained us hard with Spark training equipment very hard but worth it.Then we put up shots and freethrows.

GAME AT BROOKLYN NAVY YARD(COBRA)

We had a tuff lost to C3 Elite 54 -36 but me and my team was able to stick it out and I lead my team in scoring with 17pts 5ast and 2 reb we did the best we could shout out to coach G and teammates

We won game 59-15, Shout out to my teammates,and coach G. I hade a good game with a wrist injury. I lead my team in scoring with 11pts 6ast 5rebs
